The restaurant started in 2017 as a branch of el Palenque an established Mexican restaurant on the island for over 20 years. We opened up our little Mexican restaurant offering fresh, hearty and unforgettable authentic Mexican dishes.

We started our business in 2017 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Wahiawa area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the craft. Providing dishes that are fresh, hearty, and simply unforgettable.
We source local ingredients by purchasing from local farms such as; eggs from our own Wahiawa Peterson's Upland Farm; goat milk caramel (cajeta) made at Sweetland Farms; and salad directly from Hydro OlaFarm, a local hydroponics farm. We provide a range of Mexican food with a chef's inspiring twists.
